All-in-one trades platform

The jobs you loseare the calls you miss.

JobOne answers the phone when you’re under a sink or on a ladder, qualifies the caller, and books the job on your real calendar. Then it quotes it, invoices it, and runs the website that brought it in.

Built for cleaners, handymen, plumbers, painters & carpenters

  1. Incoming call — you’re on a job

Rings four times. You can’t get to it.

  2. JobOne picks up on ring five

“Thanks for calling — this call is recorded. What’s going on at the property?”

  3. Booked for Thursday, 9:00 AM

Name, address, and problem captured. Confirmation texted. On your calendar before you’re back in the truck.

The alternative: that caller hangs up and dials the next contractor on the list. That’s the whole business case.

Why this is the first thing we fixed

Nobody hires the contractor who didn’t pick up.

You answer your own phone. From a truck, from a crawlspace, from the top of a ladder — and sometimes you can’t. The homeowner on the other end has a list, and you were just a name on it.

Every other feature in this platform is downstream of that. Scheduling software doesn’t help with a job you never heard about. Neither does an invoice tool, or a beautiful website, or a five-star review.

So we started with the phone, and built the rest around it.

These are placeholder numbers, not a promise or an industry statistic. Swap in your own — most owners find the answer uncomfortable, and it is usually a lot more than what the platform costs.

The honest comparison

You’re already paying for most of this. Just not in one place.

The typical setup is field service software, an AI answering add-on, and an agency for the website — three vendors, three invoices, and nobody who owns the whole thing when a lead goes missing.

Getting started

You’re busy. So we do the setup.

Most owners we talk to have tried software before and stopped using it because nobody set it up properly. That’s the part we take.

  1. 01

We look at what you’ve got

A short call about your trade, your current software, your website, and how your phone is set up today.

No commitment. If we’re not a fit, we’ll say so.

  2. 02

    We do the moving

Customers, properties, and job history come across from your old software. We build your site and register your phone number.

The only things you do are the ones the law requires you to do yourself.

  3. 03

We turn it on one piece at a time

Website can go live first. Phone can go live first. They’re independent, so nothing waits on the slowest step.

Carrier registration and Google verification have real lead times. We plan around them.

  4. 04

    You answer fewer calls

The ones you do answer are the ones worth answering. Everything else is booked, quoted, or waiting for you in the dashboard.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Not by default. It picks up overflow — calls you don’t get to — and everything after hours. Your phone still rings first, and callers who reach you reach you. Owners who get comfortable with it can move to answer-everything later.

No. You keep your number. We issue a JobOne number and set your carrier to forward to it when you don’t answer or you’re on another call. Nothing about your number changes, and there’s no porting process to sit through.

It transfers the caller to your cell. If you don’t pick up either, it takes the details, promises the caller a text back, and sends you the transcript and the callers number immediately. Every path ends with you holding the lead.

Yes, and the greeting says so on every single call — that keeps you compliant in all-party consent states, not just the easy ones. Audio is kept 90 days. Written transcripts stay for the life of your account so you can search them.

We rebuild it on our platform and move your content across, or we point your existing domain wherever you want. You own the domain, the content, and the images throughout — if you ever leave, you get a full export and the domain transfers out.

Yes. We import your customers, properties, and your job and invoice history so you’re not starting from an empty screen. It’s a one-way move — JobOne replaces that software rather than syncing with it.

Invoices and payments export to QuickBooks Online. Your accountant keeps working the way they already work.

Calls fall back at the phone-company level to your own voicemail, exactly as if we weren’t in the picture. You are never worse off than you were before us. Monitoring pages us the moment it happens.

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.

Fifteen minutes on a call and you’ll know whether this fits your business. No pressure, no contract, and we do the setup work.
