What it doesn’t do
- Your JobOne calendar subscribes to your phone as a read-only feed (Apple, Google, or Outlook). We don’t two-way-sync with an outside calendar — JobOne is the calendar, and edits happen here.
- There is no dispatch board or drag-and-drop crew scheduling. The platform is built for one to five people, and a big crew UI would just be in the way.
- No GPS tracking, no clock-in, no time tracking. We deliberately left those out.
- The AI charges what your price book says. It never invents a price — jobs without a price-book match get quoted by you, not by it.
We’d rather you find this out here than three weeks into using it.
