Scheduling & Calendar
A booking system that can see your actual week.
Two-way Google Calendar sync, so anything that books itself books around the life you already have on the calendar.
Book a DemoThe problem
Software that can’t see your calendar will eventually double-book you.
Most scheduling tools keep their own separate calendar. Your dentist appointment, your kid’s recital, and the estimate you agreed to over the phone yesterday are not in it.
So the software cheerfully books over them, and you find out when two people are expecting you in different towns at the same time. After that happens twice, you stop trusting the software and go back to the notebook.
A booking AI makes this worse, not better, unless it can read the same calendar you read.
What JobOne does
Specifically, here’s what happens.
Two-way Google Calendar sync
Jobs booked in JobOne appear on your Google Calendar. Anything already on your Google Calendar blocks that time in JobOne. It runs both directions continuously, not as a nightly export.
The AI books into real availability
When the receptionist offers a caller Thursday at nine, it’s because Thursday at nine is genuinely open — including the personal things you never put in work software.
Recurring work that survives real life
A weekly or biweekly clean generates individual, editable jobs. Skip a week for a holiday, move one to Tuesday, change the price for one visit — the series keeps running and nothing breaks.
One-off and project work too
A two-hour service call and a three-week repaint live on the same calendar without pretending to be the same shape of work.
Reminders that cut no-shows
Automatic confirmation when the job is booked and a reminder before it, sent from the same number your customer already has.
Every job has an owner
Right now that’s almost always you. When you hire someone, jobs get assigned to them without you migrating to different software first.
Your timezone, handled properly
Times are stored properly and displayed in your timezone. This sounds boring until you meet scheduling software that gets it wrong.
Customers confirm without an account
Booking confirmations go out as a private link. No password, no signup, no customer calling you because they can’t log in.
What it doesn’t do
- Google Calendar is what we sync with today. Outlook and Apple Calendar are not connected yet.
- There is no dispatch board or drag-and-drop crew scheduling. The platform is built for one to five people, and a big crew UI would just be in the way.
- No GPS tracking, no clock-in, no time tracking. We deliberately left those out.
- The AI books appointments. It does not decide what to charge for them.
We’d rather you find this out here than three weeks into using it.
