How it works

You’ve tried software before. It didn’t stick because nobody set it up.

So we do the setup. Here’s exactly what we handle, the four things only you can legally do, and how long the steps we don’t control actually take.

The sequence

Four steps from first call to answered phone.

  1. 01

    The first call

Your trade, your call volume, what software you’re on, and how your phone is set up today. Twenty minutes.

If it isn’t a fit, we say so here rather than three months in.

  2. 02

    We build and migrate

Your site gets built from your real services and work. Your customers, properties, and job history come across from your old software.

This is the part most vendors charge a setup fee for. It’s included, and you don’t do it.

  3. 03

    Independent go-lives

Website, phone, and Google listing each go live when they’re ready. None of them waits on the others.

Usually the website is first, because nothing external gates it.

  4. 04

    We stay on it

Email and text support during business hours with a next-business-day commitment, plus an urgent path that pages the owner directly.

Site down or phones down is not a support ticket. It’s a phone call.

Your side

Four things we can’t do for you.

Everything else on the list is ours. These four are yours because the law, Google, or your phone carrier says they have to be.

  1. 01

    Approve your Google Business Profile

Google requires the business owner to act in their own Google account. We can’t do it for you, and we can’t speed it up. Budget up to a week for verification.

  2. 02

    Complete payment identity verification

Taking card payments means the payment processor has to verify who you are. Fifteen minutes of forms, done once, and the money goes straight to your bank afterward.

  3. 03

Dial a forwarding code on your phone

A short code from your carrier that says “if I don’t answer, send it here.” Takes a minute. This is what lets us answer your calls without you changing your number.

  4. 04

Tell us your prices and your service area

The AI can only be as good as what it knows. An hour with you on services, prices, and where you’ll drive is the difference between a useful receptionist and a bad one.

Honest timelines

Some of this we control. Some of it we don’t.

Anyone who promises you a Google listing by Friday is guessing. Each piece goes live on its own schedule so the slowest one never holds up the rest.

When something breaks

The failure plan, written down before you need it.

If our platform or our voice provider goes down, your calls fall back at the phone company level to your own voicemail — exactly as they behaved before you met us. You are never worse off for having signed up.

Monitoring outside our own systems pages the owner when that happens. If your site or your phones are down, you page us too — that path is separate from normal support and it doesn’t wait for business hours.

When a connected service is degraded — your calendar, your listing, your payment account — you see a banner saying so. We don’t fail silently and hope you don’t notice.

Bring your current software, your website login if you have one, and your phone bill. We’ll map out what moving looks like.
