Pricing

One plan. One price. Everything in it.

We priced this against what you’re already spending on field service software, an AI answering add-on, and an agency for your website — and then put it all on one bill.

One plan. Everything in it.

$249/ month

No setup fee. We do the migration anyway.

Billed monthly. No contract, cancel any time.

  • AI receptionist for overflow and after-hours calls
  • Recorded and transcribed calls, searchable
  • Booking straight onto your Google Calendar, two-way
  • Text-back on every call the AI can’t finish
  • Quotes, jobs, invoices, and card payments
  • Recurring, one-off, and project work
  • Your website — built, hosted, and kept current
  • Domain, DNS, and business email records
  • Google Business Profile and review requests
  • A monthly report of what came in and what it turned into
  • Migration from your current software
  • Setup done by us, not by you

Nothing up front: there is no setup fee, and the website build and the migration off your old software are included. We’re onboarding a small first group by hand so we can get each one completely right.

How we price

Six decisions that explain the whole price.

Nothing up front

No setup fee. The website build, the migration off your old software, the carrier registration, and the Google listing work are all included. Most vendors charge for that — we’d rather you started.

The AI isn’t an add-on

Charging extra for the receptionist would be charging extra for the reason the platform is worth having. It’s in the price.

Telecom is bundled

No per-minute billing, no per-text billing, no bill that changes because you had a busy month. There’s a fair-use cap, and hitting it starts a conversation rather than an invoice.

We tell you about the processing markup

Card payments carry roughly half a percent on top of the processor’s own fee. It’s the only variable cost here and we’d rather say it on the pricing page.

No contract

Monthly. Leave whenever, with a full export of your data and your domain transferred out.

One bill, not three

Field service software, an AI answering add-on, and an agency for the website is three vendors and three invoices. This is one, and one number to call when something breaks.

The honest comparison

You’re already paying for most of this. Just not in one place.

The typical setup is field service software, an AI answering add-on, and an agency for the website — three vendors, three invoices, and nobody who owns the whole thing when a lead goes missing.

FAQ

What people ask before they sign up

Yes. $249 a month, everything included. We’re not going to charge you extra for the AI receptionist when the AI receptionist is the reason the platform is worth having.

No. Building your website, moving your data off your old software, registering your business with the carriers for texting, configuring your domain and email records, and straightening out your Google listing are all included. That is real work and most vendors charge for it — we would rather you started.

Your first month. That’s it — no setup fee, no onboarding package, no deposit. If it isn’t working, cancel and you’ve spent $249.

No. Telecom costs are bundled into the monthly price with a fair-use cap. If you somehow blow past it, that starts a conversation about your plan — not a surprise line item on your bill.

When your customers pay by card, we add roughly half a percent on top of the card processor’s own fee. We’d rather tell you that plainly than bury it. You can always keep taking checks.

Cards fail; it’s not a crisis. We retry for about two weeks with notices. At day 21 you get a banner in the dashboard and your phones keep working. At day 30 the website switches to a parked page that still shows your phone number, and the AI receptionist pauses. Pay and everything comes back instantly.

No. Billed monthly. No contract, cancel any time. If you leave, you get a full export — contacts, jobs, invoices, call transcripts, and your website content and images — and your domain transfers out.
