The problem

The money conversation is where good jobs go bad.

A quote scribbled on a business card. A change the homeowner asked for on Tuesday that you both remember differently on Friday. An invoice you meant to send three weeks ago that is now awkward to bring up.

Most software handles one shape of work well and forces the others into it. Recurring cleaning gets crammed into one-off job records. A three-week repaint with a deposit and two change orders gets billed as one invoice at the end, which is how contractors end up financing their customers.

And then the payment itself: a check that has to be mailed, deposited, and chased.

Your services with your default prices, reusable on every quote and overridable per job. It also teaches the AI receptionist what you charge, so the phone and the paperwork can’t disagree.

Quotes the customer can accept from their phone

A private link — no account, no password. They read it, they accept it, and the acceptance is timestamped and on the record.

Deposits before you start

Take a deposit on a project up front, by card, before anyone loads a truck. This alone changes the cash-flow shape of project work.

Change orders that get written down

When they ask for the extra room, you add it as a change order and they approve it on the same private link. The conversation at the end of the job is a lot shorter.

Progress invoices as the work lands

Bill a long project in stages instead of financing it yourself and hoping the final invoice clears.

Recurring billing that follows the schedule

Weekly and biweekly service invoices itself off the real jobs — including the week that got skipped and the one where you charged extra.

Card payments straight to your bank

Your customers pay by card. The money goes to your account, not to us and later to you. Card details never touch our servers.

Your bookkeeper still gets their file

Invoices and payments export to QuickBooks Online. Nobody has to learn new software, least of all your accountant.

What it doesn’t do

No job costing and no materials-and-labor margin tracking yet. We chose to leave it out rather than ship a half-version of it.
No time tracking or clock-in. If you need crew hours attached to jobs, this isn’t that tool today.
QuickBooks Online is an export, not a live two-way sync.
We add roughly half a percent on top of the card processor’s fee. It’s in our pricing page, in plain type, because you would find it anyway.
