Sync to QuickBooks Online
Connect QuickBooks once and let your invoices and payments flow into your books.

JobOne pushes your customers, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks Online, so your accountant keeps working the way they already do — no double entry.
Connect it
- 1Go to Settings → QuickBooks Online and click Connect QuickBooks.
- 2Sign in to Intuit and authorize JobOne — you’ll come right back to the dashboard.
- 3Choose whether to auto-sync (recommended) or sync each document by hand.
What syncs
- Customers — matched or created in QuickBooks as invoices sync.
- Invoices — pushed with sales tax; each invoice detail shows a QuickBooks badge and a Retry button if a sync ever fails.
- Payments — applied to the matching QuickBooks invoice so it shows paid.
Note
Sales tax in QuickBooks is handled by Intuit’s Automated Sales Tax from the customer’s address and your nexus — set that up once in QuickBooks so tax lands correctly.
